pictures are gone

  We had hundreds of pictures, and then we deleted them from the upload page. Now they don’t show up in our blog…PLEASE HELP!

  Hi –

  When images are deleted from the Media Library they are also removed from their place within the blog.

  You’ll need to add them back.

  They are still in Google’s cache if you do a Google Image search you can download them again from there:

  This is really upsetting. Do you have any archived copies of the existing blog from a month or so ago?

  The deletion is permanent. My best advice is to download the images from Google, while they are still there. Eventually they will fall from the index. Right click and save the image. Then add them back to your library and back in to their original place within the blog.
