pictures are no longer uploading?

  I’ve been updating this blog weekly for months and in the last month or so I’ve noticed that for some reason when I go to upload photos or input them from a webpage site, the pictures are not uploading to my blog. Is there any way to fix this issue? I have never had a problem with uploading images before. Was there some sort of update and change in the program that I missed the memo for?
