Pictures doesn't show

A lot of the pictures on my blog doesn’t show up. Instead there is a box with a question mark in it. I know it has nothing to do with the picture files because the pictures that are showing in the first post are the same as the pictures that does not show up. Also, the pictures where showing just fine yesterday, so why are they not showing today?

The links for the images that are not showing are not links to images, they are links to pages on other sites. You have to use the actual link to the image, not the page the image is on. Example of one of your image URLs:
http://oljestudentene.no/2012/06/5-kjappe-med-kristin-toftevag/img_5978/

And actually many of those links seem to lead to 404 error pages on the other sites. It could be that they pulled the posts or images. Many people do not like others hotlinking to their images because that is stealing of their bandwidth, not to mention a good chance of violating their copyrights.

Thank you. That was what I was suspecting. The page the images are linking to are actually the old blog that we administered. We just moved the url address over to the new blog. Unfortunately, this was done by a web designer who designed our original blog. He is also the only one who has the access to everything that was on our old blog.

It would be a very good idea to start moving all of those images over to the new blog media library and then you will have to go in and delete those missing images in the posts/pages and insert the ones you uploaded to your image library.
