Pictures gone from old posts

What a silly error, WordPress should warn users of this happening. All I remember doing is changing the immediate URL of the blog?
Looking at the logs, it appears you changed the address of your site 3 times in the course of ten minutes back in January. What most likely happened is that you changed the address before we could finish rewriting all the image links on your site, and that interrupted the process. The only way to fix this is to edit the posts and replace the broken images with the versions in the site’s media library. As this happened over ten months ago it’s past the point where we can try reverting anything in the hope of fixing it automatically.
By the way, if the images previously displayed on the site https://redheadandrucksacks.wordpress.com are in the media library of https://kirstystravels.wordpress.com/, then you may display them on the former site if the two sites are in the same account. If they are not in the same account, then you could transfer the latter into the same account as the former.
The OP did a site URL change. That changes the site address, rewrites all internal links to the old address, including media file links, and either completely deletes the old site or creates a new empty site at the old address. So there is nothing to transfer or reconnect in this case – the original site, kirstystravels.wordpress.com, is completely empty, including its media library.
This happened because the address change process was interrupted by a second address change before it could complete.

Okay, so it’s my own indecisiveness and spelling errors when I changed the URLs that’s caused the error. I’ll go back in and pop the pictures back.

Yeah, thanks. I thought about it more after my last post, and figured that the media library at https://kirstystravels.wordpress.com/ was probably empty. However, can’t she just insert the images from the https://redheadandrucksacks.wordpress.com media library, as I mentioned in the post before that erroneous suggestion?

So the images have been missing from the old posts on https://redheadandrucksacks.wordpress.com on since January, but she only noticed them missing now?

I’ve been away travelling and have just got around to updating a new post. I don’t regularly look back through my only posts but got a bit reminiscent last night and that’s when I noticed.
I’ve said thanks for your help and we’ve moved on. You don’t need to be rude. I can still see your responses.
