Pictures have disappeared on old blog posts

  HI,
  when looking through old blog posts, i’ve noticed all the pictures are no longer working. An little graffic with the image name beside it is showing up instead. DSC_0141DSC_0148. I don’t know when this first happened or why. Am I going to go though all my blog posts and re do the photos? I have on average 10 photos per post this would take so long. Why has this happened?
