The missing image was actually deleted by your account 8 days ago along with 106 other images. Will you be able to re-upload the image?

Do I upload them to the media library?
Technically, yes.
Will they reappear once reloaded?
Not automatically. You’ll need to edit the post and insert the newly–uploaded images again, so my best suggestion is to use the Add Media button from the Edit Post screen.

They were definitely deleted by you, or someone logged in under your account.
I recommend changing your account password as well as your email password, as that can be used to reset your WordPress.com password.
Also, if you use WordPress.com from a public computer, make sure that you log out when finished.
