pictures missing from library and posts

  I am wondering how to get them back or do I have to try and remember which picture I had in each post and redo? There are a lot missing?

  You have to remember which picture you had in each post and re-do. When you remove a picture from the media library, the individual posts cannot “borrow” it to display, so it’s gone from them too.
