Pictures not showing HD

  Hi I’ve scheduled a post for with a few pictures. They are ‘high quality’ and have a 3mb size, however when I preview the post it is blurry. I then proceeded to publish the post just to see how it looks but it is still blurry, why is this & how can I fix it? Is it because the file size is too big…?
