Pictures not showing when logged out..

  uploading pictures to my Bluehost hosting account inserting them in to widgets via html and the text widget,,,all is fine until i log out of wordpress or view in another browser or on my iphone…permissions are set to public/world were am i going wrong??

  tried to find an appropriate thread but no luck :(
