pictures not uploading

  hello when I go to upload media from my computer the file will upload and then before displaying the image on the right hand side a red upload erro box comes up, i just upgraded my space a day ago so im wondering why this still happening

  Hi there,

  Right now, you have a 10GB space upgrade and a 25 GB space upgrade. When you add in your free 3 GB of space, that gives you a total of 38 GB for uploading media.

  However, your Media Library currently has almost 39 GB of media in it. That means there’s still not enough space to upload new files. You’ll need to purchase a new or larger space upgrade for that. If you’d like, I can remove your 25 GB space upgrade and give you credit for that, so you can purchase a 50 GB space upgrade instead.

  thanks for explaining that, Yes If you could give me the credit for the 25, I will go ahead and purchase the 50, thank you!
