pictures not visible when uploaded (in dashboard)

  Hi: Whenever I try to upload a custom header, I can only see a red cross in the space where the header should show up for cropping purposes. I hit refresh but nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

  Another person has reported an issue with similar things:

  Try the Cookie Dance, and also give us some information about the file you’re trying to upload: what kind of file is it, how big, what’s the file name on your computer? Sometimes those can be factors.

  I get that very occasionally with images (including the header once). Repeating the upload process seems to solve the problem. As does pausing a little between the various mouse clicks – dunno why, but it does.
