Pictures on homepage

  how do you put a picture on the homepage? I want pictures on my blog’s homepage next to each blog listing. I somehow did this with my first two posts, but haven’t managed this with my thirs post.

  Thanks, but that doesn’t seem to be it. What I’m trying to do is to have a thumbnail image alongside the post title, etc, on the cover page.

  In Dashboard -> Post -> Edit , there should be an option on the bottom right, which reads Set Featured Image. This is supposed to be the image that shows as a thumbnail next to your post title.
