  I dont understand why my pictures doesn’t show on my site, they look like this: “?”
  how do I do?

  I see photos on your site, except one on your sidebar which links to:

  http://smartphoneart.wordpress.com/Users/lovisasanti/Desktop/Projetsite/covers/bicovercopie.jpg

  That’s not a WP.com URL, it looks like you tried to copy something from your desktop. You have to upload it to WP.com first (and get the address) and then use that.
