Pictures pixelated and layout issues

  So, newbie here! I have been trying to change some things on my website, and am having issues with all of the pictures I post being pixelated and going in in the wrong layout.

  For example, I tried to change the slider on the home page, and the picture I added in came out blurry/pixelated and off center. I have since changed it back. I also tried to add a Doctor on “Our Staff” page, but when I try to add the picture, it blows it up instead of putting it as a thumbnail and centers it at the top even though I selected to have it aligned to the top right. I have tried re-sizing the images, but that hasn’t fixed the problem.

  There is another Doctor already added to the Our Staff page, and his seems to be fine, and I tried to copy all the settings, but it still doesn’t work. Any help you could give would be great. The Theme I am using is Medica. Thanks!
