Pictures removing content in preview

    I have a issue with a blog im creating on my own host.

    I insert an image and it shows fine in the editor with the rest of my written content, however when I click to preview my post it only shows the post title and posted by – all of the content is missing.

    I have tried this with a theme I downloaded and the standard theme that wordpress is installed with, I have the problem with both.

    I do have several plugins installed but they are ones for Google etc and I have used them on 10 other blogs with no problems.

    I have cleared my browser cache etc but still encounter this problem, does anyone know how I can resolve it?
