Pictures won't link to external URLS

So I created an Events page and I created custom pictures for each Event that I am posting. The concept is that you go to the event page and click the picture associated to the event your trying to see. Each of those pictures are linked to external URLS that are Galleries I created in Lightroom. These Galleries are built using TTG Galleries Plugin for simplicity to take from my photo editing software right to the web and that Galleries theme works with the TTG Cart for selling pictures.
Here is my delima. I have linked these pictures to external URLS which are the Galleries themselves. Instead of going to the galleries it goes to a blank WP Page and says error 404. Im not a web designer. But Im pretty good at figuring things out. Ive tried using the link tab and doing in the visual editor, Ive tried adding the URL to the media information for the picture, I have found about 5 places were you can tell this pic to go to a different a outside URL and it just will not work. This was a video I made for my web person who’s been helping but feel free to watch and it will give you a idea of my frustration.
What sucks is it worked the very first time I did it, and hasn’t worked since.

OK thank you. Ive registered there but its not generating the email with the password I need to log in and post. Ill keep digging for the answer
