Pictures Won't Upload

For the past couple days anytime that I’ve wanted to create a post with pictures in it it will allow me to post one pic and anything more than one it always says that the file is unsupported. Every pic that I try to post is a JPG, so I really don’t see what the problem is. Anybody know?

Are you out of storage?
Your free WordPress.com blog is allocated 3GB of free storage. This storage is used up with photos/videos, your posts do not count toward this storage allocation. When you visit your media library, on the bottom left of screen, it will tell you how much storage space you are using. https://wordpress.com/post/thatscuteblog.wordpress.com

Hi @lboogie314, someone flagged staff on another thread, but I’ll follow up here since this thread has more details.
For the past couple days anytime that I’ve wanted to create a post with pictures in it it will allow me to post one pic and anything more than one it always says that the file is unsupported.
– Which browser do you use, or are you using an app?
– If you use a different app or browser, do you have the same trouble?
– After you get that error, what do you have to do to be able to upload again?
– Does it matter which JPGs you use?
Let us know and we’ll go from there.

1. I mostly use Chromecast and occasionally Firefox.
2. No matter which browser I use I problem still remains.
3. I cant upload again because whenever I do I get the same message.
4. It does not matter which jpgs I use.

OK, are you using wordpress.com/post or wp-admin?
And do you mind if we log in as you to try uploading a JPG here?

Hi @lboogie314, I was able to upload images to a draft (and I left one large jpg there.)
If you’ll upload your file to another service (like Cloudup) I can try getting the original and uploading that as you if you’d like, in case it’s some kind of encoding issue in the JPG itself.
