Piemont theme – Changing the number of posts on home page

Currently trying to change the number of posts on my home page using the Piemont theme.
There’s 10 posts (one is the feature post at the top), but the one at the bottom is the odd one out and there’s no other post next to it. How can I change the number of posts that show up on the home page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://www.worldlywandering.com/ looks like a self hosted WordPress site (as opposed to the sites hosted here on WordPress.com that this particular forum is geared towards – the two are a little different).
For a self hosted site, you’ll want to post in the self hosted community forums at http://WordPress.org/support.
Or, you can try contact the theme author. It looks like Piemont is by MagniumThemes, who have a support page here: https://magniumthemes.ticksy.com/
It does look like you’ve lined things up already – if you’re still having trouble though, I’d start under Settings > Reading and check the ‘Blog pages show at most’ setting :)
