Pilcrow Menu stopped partially working on Desktop

  I went to my page on my desktop today and noticed a couple of errors.

  1. Only the first two menu items work, the other three are no longer clickable. They were functioning correctly before this point. They also do not work on other computers in my home. Also not on an iPad but they did work on my phone?
  2. My page titles are weirdly all off center and to the right on all devices except phone.

  I went to the edit pages and could not find anything wrong. I tried other computers. Other devices. And changed browsers. Any suggestions? I am so lost. And it has been so long since I have had to do anything but drop new photos in that I was surprised i could no longer edit in html.
