Pilcrow theme featured image cropping bug??

  The Pilcrow theme is suddenly cropping my featured image on the two y-axis sides. It doesn’t seem to matter how I scale the image before electing it as featured image, it still will not use the full image. This is a sudden anomoly which has occurred in the past day or two. I have been forced to pull my featured image for the time being., which has been fine all along. Has anyone using Pilcrow experienced this sudden change? I believe this to be a WordPress issue.

  Do the WordPress support folks monitor these posts or is there any way to report this outside of this forum?
