Hello, how are you?
Checking your domain at http://who.is/whois/https://saintpaulsmilwaukee.com I saw that it’s not expired, since it’s pointing to the WordPress.com servers, I think the problem can be in the domain mapping upgrade you have in your WordPress.com account. Unfortunately I can’t check this for you, I’m adding the tag to the staff to take a look at this.

Hi @danielancines, the domain mapping upgrade for this site is owned by another user. Are you able to log out then log in again as that person? Alternatively, in this case we could remove it so you can buy it again from your own account. Let us know what you’d like to do.

I just learned that my other domain is expiring. The site is peopleofwestridge.org. There’s no way to access anything to pay any renewal fees. now what do I do? Thanks.

Are you able to log into the account?
If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool. Please check your spam folder for the recovery email if you don’t receive it in your inbox immediately:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If it is just an issue of accessing the ability to renew the domain, we’ll have to reach out to our domain registrars to get it out of redemption.
Let me know which issue it is and I’d be happy to help you with the next step.
Cheers,

I have no access to the domain at all. I appreciate your help — this is very frustrating!

I see that you were able to renew the domain. Great!
Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
