Pinboard theme resizing sidebar image

  I am trying to insert an image into my sidebar, but my theme (Pinboard) is resizing it and I cant figure out where to correct this.

  I have inserted the image into the Text widget like this:
  <img src=”http://straightfromthebelly.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/email-subscription-e1393556004634.png” width=”300″ height=”75″/>
  And have adjusted the width and height with no effect. Still lots of padding around the image.

  I have also tried the Image Widget with the same results.

  The image is on the top of the right sidebar.
