  For the past one week my ping backs to the grid doesn’t work. It doesn’t show up on the grid. I mean to say my posts don’t show up on the grid.

  You are referring to The Daily Posts. This failure to display pingbacks issue is known to Staff. Read this https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/daily-post-pingbacks?replies=1 and watch for Staff updates there.
