Ping other sites then searchengines

  I am trying to ping sites that is not on the list of searchengines you have provided.
  I saw a post about wordpress going over to automatic pings, but I need to ping 3 swedish blogsites.

  How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy!

  Posts on WordPress.com will automatically create pingbacks, but for blogs not setup for those automatic pings you can also manually enter in Trackback URIs:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/trackbacks/
