  Who should I put into the Pingback/Trackback window?

  Hi there. Are you speaking of the pingback module in the post editor? You don’t actually have to put anything in there most of the time. If you link to another blog on WordPress.com it automatically creates a pingback to let them know you linked to them. Trackbacks can be created manually for non-wordpress.com sites, but I’m not exactly sure how that works and have never used the feature myself.
