  I started creating a website 2 years and all of sudden my email is getting flooded with notices about pingbacks. I searched you help site and took the steps listed but the emails wont stop. Please help. Thanks DaRon

  Looking at your account, I don’t see any sites hosted with WordPress.com. What was the site URL?

  If it’s a site not hosted with WordPress.com managed hosting, I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  I get emails from colsandtheburb.wpengine.com as well. I’m sorry I’m so confused. Do you have any idea how to find out who hosts a site?

  Well, first colsandtheburb.wpengine.com is a WPEngine site.

  Otherwise you can use a website like https://whois.domaintools.com/ to see who may be hosting a site.

  Or, you can give us the website URL in question and we’ll be able to look that up for you.
