Pingback and trackback is not working

  I have make a website using wordpress theme twentysixten website url http://alumaloy.org/newsite2017

  in blog section when i link blog A to blog B then i need to show pingback work but it’s not work. I have check all settings any one from wordpress team and other that can help me to fix this issue.
