Pingback Help

    Hi

    Firstly I have read the section on pingbacks so I know have a general idea of what they are. However I have received one which has left me confused. This is because it comes from a site which is in German and it appears to be a photography one rather than one around my subject of economics.

    Now I have no problem at all with someone taking an interest in fact I actively encourage it. But how do I tell between the good and the bad and is there any risk to my own blog in terms of spam etc?

    As a general rule of thumb, I trust Akismet to let me know when a pingback is valid or invalid.
