pingback shows up as a comment??
-
I probably have not really “captured” what pingbacks are all about… However I just got an e-mail saying: A new pingback on the post #310 “It’s a question of… putting Valentine’s Day into perspective” is waiting for your approval.
I clicked on “approve it” – and now it’s showing up in the comments of the post (http://questionof.com/2010/01/25/it’s-a-question-of…-putting-valentine’s-day-into-perspective/#comments)
I don’t want to leave it there as a comment, but on the other hand, isn’t a pingback supposed to be good? Is it normal that pingbacks show up as comments?
(Please forgive me if I’m being a total idiot here…)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, pingbacks are comments. You can disable them if you don’t like them: discussion module on the edit post page.
