  I want to know how to enable pingbacks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi! You can do that in Settings > Discussion. Under Default article settings, make sure that Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) on new articles is enabled. All your new posts should allow pingbacks.
