  I have the same problem and have requested help more than once. It is more than a week since the problem began and it has not been resolved yet. Very sad! :(

  Thanks, timethief. I had seen that forum thread which hasn’t been updated in a week. Maybe a “still working on it” every now and then would reassure us that they are indeed working on it.
