Pingbacks not working anymore

  I deleted a pingback comment to one of my old articles and now I can’t seem to do pingbacks to my own posts at all. To clarify: I’m trying to do pingbacks internally on my own site so I don’t need to check if someone on the other end has pingbacks/trackbacks enabled or anything. Advice, please?

  This is a known issue that “the codemonkeys” are working to fix. Why such basic functionality was ever broken in the first place boggles the mind. Here’s the original thread:

  Started

  Since yesterday, Feb 16, pingbacks don’t come through. I like to link to prevoius blogposts, but now it doesn’t happen. What’s wrong. I haven’t changed my settings. WP.com: Yes Jetpack: No Correct account: Yes
