Pingback/Track Back Not Displaying

  Hi Guys:
  I am having a bit of trouble with my pingback/trackback settings. To avoid the spam menace, I limited comments on a number of my pages but I set pingback/trackback to on. However, this widget is displaying on some pages while not displaying on others. Case in point here but not here

  Please note that I have ticked and unticked the settings boxes for each of the pages a number of times to try and get this to work. However, I have not been successful. Any ideas?
