Pings / Technorati / Blog Search Engines

    Hi there, I read that WP pings all blog search engines with its service http://www.ping-o-matic.com automatically. BUT: Do I need to register with ALL those services first?! Secondly, I find the registration process with Technorati very complicated, it tells me to keep a nonsense code in my blog posts, to be found “in the next hours” and I don like that. So is there a one-click-solution to get traffic on my blog aka be easily registered AND tracked by the most important blog search engines? Thanks a lot for your help!
