Is this domain renewal what I need to reactivate my website? There are a few in my account and want to ensure I’m reconnecting the right one, its linked to a Wix account

I am assuming that you purchased the domain(pinkwellness.org)from WordPress.COM.So in that case, yes… you have to renew the domain in order to get your site active.
Your domain(pinkwellness.org) seems to be in period, so you will charged an extra $80.00 redemption fee along with the regular renewal cost.
NOTE:
During the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

Hi there,
That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar, as @optidusprime also indicated. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.

I’m not sure I understand. It’s the domain, pinkwellness.org, that expired on 11 March 2017 that’s now in redemption. That’s the only domain you’ve ever owned via this account.

Yes. I want to recover the domain pinkwellness.org and renew it. Thanks kindly. My account information has been updated. I had card theft last month that required me to close and reopen…during the renewal time

Sorry to hear about the card theft. That’s never a pleasant experience.
I’ve emailed you a link to pay the redemption fee. Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to restore the domain, and from there it usually takes a day or two before the domain is active again.

Okay, your domain has been restored and I’ve reactivated it on your account. But it’s not pointing to Wix any more. Can you please get the correct name servers from Wix again and add them back to your domain, or post them here and I can add them back for you.

Log in to your domain provider’s website and update the Name Server settings for pinkwellness.org to:
– ns5.wixdns.net
– ns4.wixdns.netIf you have any trouble, contact your domain provider for support

I’ll pass on your thanks :) I’ve checked the domain and it’s now pointing to Wix — everything appears to be working correctly.
