Hi ,i am contacting becouse i am not finding any solution and i need help. I dont know how my other site ( fancycosplay.com ) was connected with pinterest of hellzon.com and its catalog shows on that pinterest. unfortunatly pinterest want to cancel my verified merchant becouse the catalog url doesn’t match. The problem stands that i cant cancel the catalogs of fancycosplay becouse is not connected with that account. I asked pinterest support to cancel but they said that can’t becouse is all connect throught wordpress ,not just a uploaded file. So i need your help to cancel this catalogs. waiting for your precious help. Thank you

Hi there,
You’ve posted in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, while both your sites are built with the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
Both your sites are connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but that connection has nothing to do with Pinterest.
Via Jetpack I can see you have the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin installed on both those sites, so that’s most likely what’s responsible for this connection. You can find that plugin’s support forum here:
