Pinterest "Follow Me" button showing up as link, not button

  Hi, I joined Pinterest this week and I would like to add a “Follow me” button. I followed the instructions on Pinterest to create a code which I then pasted into a text widget in my sidebar.

  But my widget is only showing up as a link. Apparently, this is a common problem, but I don’t know how to fix it or what I’m doing wrong! Please can someone help?
