Pinterest Hover Gone

  Hi,

  I have the sharing buttons set to “Official Buttons”. The Pinterest save button appeared over my images because of that. This week it was working as usual. Tonight while looking at my new post, I noticed when I hover over an image the Pinterest button doesn’t appear anymore.

  The settings for sharing buttons on my post and for Official Buttons are activated. Can anyone help me get the Pinterest hover back on my images please? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  It’s not working for me either, and I’ve confirmed the issue on some other sites, so it looks like this might be a bug.

  I’ve reported it to our developers to investigate. We’ll let you know here if there’s any updates on this, but I’m afraid I can’t give you an estimate on how long it will take to fix.

  That’s okay that you’re not sure when it will be fixed, just glad to hear that it will be looked into. I’m also relieved to find out it wasn’t just my blog.

  Hello again,

  Our developers have determined this is an issue on Pinterest’s end, so unfortunately it’s not something we’re able to fix.

  We have let them know of the bug, but now it’s up to them to investigate and fix it.

  Great news! Pinterest has fixed the issue on their end, and I can see the button on your site’s images again on my side.

  I just checked and it’s working again. Thank you for following up with updates, I appreciate it. So glad Pinterest fixed this!
