Pinterest icon missing

Hi – my Rebalance theme says it supports a Pinterest icon in the social media menu, but it is not appearing (it is replaced by a link icon). On https://inksugarspice.wordpress.com/

Any advice, thanks!

It seems to be a glitch in the Rebalance theme. I have tested this on my personal site with the same result.

If you are on a Premium or Business plan I should be able to help you with some custom CSS to display the correct icon.

Thank you g471n, I may contact the theme developers in that case: I’ve found a few other issues with Rebalance.

Thanks for the kind offer – but I’d be able to fix the CSS myself if I had a premium plan.

Hi there,

Just to follow up, the issue is currently with the ending of the Pinterest address. Ending it with .com should work (so https://pinterest.com/x), but currently, the .co.uk ending isn’t working.

This was a known bug, but it was fixed in the latest Jetpack release, so I’m not sure why that fix hasn’t been synced to WordPress.com yet. I’ve mentioned it in the GitHub issue.
