Pinterest issues (sharing)
-
I keep trying to add Pinterest to my blog through sharing. I’ve clicked on the path button and logged in. I’ve doubled check the email address and even changed the password to ensure that I have the correct one. I continues to say that I have the wrong email address and will not log me on to the path. I’m kind of stumped. Any advice? Or am I doing something else wrong?
Thanks,
AmyThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
You ought to be enable sharing buttons including a Pinterest one to display at the bottom of your posts by following this guide. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/ -

The pin it button is JavaScript and can be used on WordPress.org installs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/. We cannot use JavaScript pin-it widgets nor can we install any plugins on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
You can capture an image of a Pinterest icon and upload it, link to it and display it in a text widget. I have done this here in the text widget at the top of my sidebar for those who want to follow me on Pinterest.
For creating links in a text widget see:

NOTE http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/#adding-an-imageYou can upload image files by clicking the Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/
You can also upload new files to your Media Library using Media → Add New. http://support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new
