Pinterest mouseover hover button, not for WordPress?

My wordpress is not self-hosted, I know I do pay for upgrades but, I don’t see any “plug-in” options in my dashboard for this. Does anyone know how to make this happen?
(The “Pin It” button that appears when you hover over each image)

It’s javascript, and will be stripped out here for security reasons.
Please take a look through the Plugin tag on the forums https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/plugins As you can see, there are no plugins at WordPress.com.
You have a Share To Pinterest button in your sharing options. Use that.

yeah, I use that but, it just posts the featured image of the blog post vs. allowing pinners to choose their favorite photos to their boards. Thanks for the feedback.
