Pinterest Pin Embed
-
Hello. I followed the directions for embeding a pin into a post from Pinterest but it does not work. It just shows it as a link with no image when posted. It is not showing as a clickable hyperlink when I paste it into the visual editor so I know that isn’t the issue. Can you please advise?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello angelajpadilla,
Could you please link the page where there’s the embedded pin not working? This way it’d be easier for me to evaluate the potential mistake in place. Thanks :)
As a side note, here you can read something more about how to embed a content from Pinterest. That might be useful for you to understand if something when wrong while embedding it.

Thank you! Yes, here it is!
I followed the article you linked when trying to embed. I appreciate your help.

Hello there!
I tried myself as well but it appears I can’t manage to make it work, I’m so sorry!
I’m tagging this thread for Staff assistance so they can help you (and me) sorting this issue. Thank you very much in advance for your patience, I wish I could be more useful :(

Howdy.
So, the issue is that you’ve got centering alignment tags around the pinterest URL. When you look at the HTML view of the post, you’ll see this:
<p style="text-align: center;">https://www.pinterest.com/pin/480477853976606483/</p>It’s that “<p style etc” stuff that is causing the issue. If you take out everything but the https://www.pinterest.com/pin/480477853976606483 URL (in the html view) and then save, the pin should appear.

You are amazing! Thank you for your help. That solved the problem. I appreciate both of you.
