Pinterest Pin It Button

I can’t add a Pinterest pin it button to my blog. I have gone to Pinterest and created the link, but I am not sure where to put it on word press. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

We cannot use JavaScript pin-it widgets or buttons http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascript nor can we install any plugins on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. They are for WordPress.ORG installs.

My support query is Pinterest related and Pin button related.
I have a link to my Pinterest site on my side bar that is not working.
I need to fix the incorrect link as it does not go to my Pinterest site (Pinterest says: Oops, we cannot find that page)
I was sure it was under widgets, however there is nothing there and as I’m relatively new to WordPress, this has me flummoxed.
Please would you be so kind as to help me?

You are using the Adelle theme. You entered that here – Appearance – Theme Options
