  Pinterest is already enabled. If you go to your dashboard, to the Settings Menu (near the bottom of the left column), you’ll find Share.

  Scroll toward the bottom of this page and drag the Pinterest button from the box on the right and drop it in the row of buttons. This will make it visible on your blog. :D

  This is the correct forum for making suggestions to Staff.

  The pin it button is JavaScript and can be used on WordPress.org installs but not on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As was suggested there are sharing icons you can enable including a Pinterest one to display at the bottom of your posts by following this guide. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  You can capture an image of a Pinterest icon and upload it, link to it and display it in a text widget. I have done this here in the text widget at the top of my sidebar for those who want to follow me on Pinterest.
