  I would like to intergrate my pinterest pins down the sidebar. Like http://benfranklin-crafts.com/ has theirs. Please Help!

  Well as far as I can tell the Pinterest pins are a third party plugin. So if you have a free WordPress account you can’t use it on your site/blog.
