  I wanted my blog site verified by Pinterest but I couldn’t because the instruction included that I have to add a certain meta tag to an index.html file in WordPress however that did not exist. In my search, I come across this site http://wordpress.org/plugins/pinterest-verify/installation/ that tells me to install a certain plug in. You can download the zipped file from the same link. For me, it is very important to get verified and everyone is now engaged in multiple social media so it helps increase stats or viewers if we are able to connect one social media to the other and get verified.

  You can get the meta tag from Pinterest. You just add that to Tools > Available Tools page for Pinterest.

  I just tested this out with my test blog and it is currently working!
