Pinterest problem

  I just put up a new post and went into my media library and changed the description for each photo for the post to the title of the recipe instead of the image number and for some reason when the reader goesto pin it only the image number is coming up not what I changed it to. I checked from my previous post and I inputted all the info the same, i dont know whats going on. Thanks.

  The media library is not connected to images after they are inserted. For example, if you insert and image, you can set all the things like description and caption and those things will be used for the individually-inserted image at that point in time. If you change the image’s settings in the media library after that, the settings will be saved for the next time the image is inserted but will not affect previously inserted images.

  To change settings for an image that was inserted in the past, you must open the post where the image is and update the settings there—or you can delete it an re-insert it to get updated info from the media library to show up.

  Aside: galleries are different, they pull from the saved media library data.
