Pinterest sidebar widget?

  Since the javascript for a Pinterest widget is not allowed, will WP.com be building one for sidebars? I don’t want to create a page, just want a profile widget in the sidebar, like the one for Instagram.

  To be clear, I’m not looking for a static link. I’m looking to display dynamic content as it updates, like with Instagram.

  I have been messing around for 2 days trying to figure out how to add a pinterest widget- Nice to know it’s not possible arggghh!! I really want to add it on the the side of my site and also add pin’s from my blog to it. Is this even going to be an option soon?
