  Hello! I am trying to verify my pinterest business account and have followed the directions of copy pasting the HTML tag in the Site Verification Services, but when I try and ‘save settings’ it gives me an error message. Can you help me please?

  Hi there,

  The website you’ve posted is using the open-source WordPress.org and is hosted with Fastly and this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.

  It may be a good idea to try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forum.

  Hi there,

  Do you mean you’re getting an error on the Jetpack ->Settings ->Traffic screen for your site? Are you visiting it via WordPress.com ->My Site, or from the Jetpack section in the WP-Admin dashboard? And can you tell me exactly what the error says?

  I checked the Jetpack connection for your site at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://www.portals.love/ in case an issue there might be preventing the HTML tag from saving, but I don’t see any problems there.

  The OP is speaking of the Site Verification Tools feature of Jetpack, which is accessed via the WordPress.com dashboard.

  Homepage

  The core WordPress software doesn’t have any verification tools built in.
