Pinterest Verification Not Working

  Hello,

  I have tried verifying my blog for Pinterest following these guidelines: http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/. However, I keep getting the following error: Trouble verifying your domain. Please try again later.

  My blog is currently marked as private because I’m trying to finish customizing before posting publicly. Is that causing an issue?

  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

  You are blocking search engine access so that’s why the verification cannot take place.

  I’m having the same issue, but my blog is not marked as private. What can I do to correct this?
